Nurturing Growth: Visit to Pearl Flowers Nursery

On 19th November 2024, the M.Sc. Home Science students of the University of Kashmir visited Pearl Flowers, a renowned wholesale plant nursery located on Foreshore Road, Doji Mohalla, Srinagar. This field trip offered an engaging experience into the world of plant cultivation and farm activities. The students explored diverse plant varieties and learned about the nursery's techniques in propagation, care, and wholesale distribution. The visit highlighted the importance of youth involvement in sustainable farming practices, fostering an appreciation for horticulture as a promising entrepreneurial avenue.
