Academic Visit of M.Sc Nursing Students from SKIMS Soura to the Institute of Home Science

On September 9, 2024, the Institute of Home Science, University of Kashmir, welcomed M.Sc Nursing students from Madar-e-Meharban Institute of Nursing Sciences, SKIMS, Soura, for an academic visit. The visit introduced students to the Nutritional Biochemistry and Cookery labs, showcasing key experiments related to Applied Physiology, Nutritional Biochemistry, Dietetics, and Therapeutic Nutrition. Mr. Aqib Shahzad provided detailed explanations of the lab work, supported by Ms. Snober Qadir's demonstration in the Cookery Lab. Director Prof. Hummera Azim and Associate Professor Dr. Naila Irshad further elaborated on the institute's curriculum and facilities.
