The Institute of Home Science, University of Kashmir, organized a Nutrition and Health Awareness Campaign at Model High School on 10th October 2024. The event featured insightful presentations on "Healthy Food Habits and Lifestyle of Adolescents" by Haziqa & Qamar un nisa and "Ailments of Junk Food" by Arub & Mursaleen (Students of Nutrition and Dietetics, batch 2023, 3rd Semester), aimed at promoting nutritious choices and raising awareness about health risks. Following the presentations, students of the school participated in a vibrant poster presentation activity, showcasing their understanding of nutrition and healthy living.
