All students are hereby informed that they must report to Gandhi Bhawan, University of Kashmir, at 10:00 AM on 17th November 2025 to attend an important institutional event. Attendance is compulsory for every student, and no absence will be entertained.

Students are advised to reach the venue on time and follow all instructions issued by the authorities.
