On October 8, 2025, the 1st Semester students of Extension and Communication, Institute of Home Science, conducted a field visit to Habak Khaki Mohalla. The focus of the visit was on delivering health education to pregnant and lactating women under the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) program. Students interacted with beneficiaries and Anganwadi workers to understand the challenges and needs related to maternal and child health. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to apply communication strategies in a real-world setting, emphasizing the role of effective health education in promoting maternal and child well-being.
